Artists are invited to participate in a citywide plein air painting experience across Wheeling. Paint live at scenic locations including Heritage Port, Centre Market, Wheeling Park, and Oglebay. All completed works will be eligible for a juried exhibition and awards.

Registration is open April 1 through June 5, 2026. The $25 registration fee includes a box lunch.

Public Invitation:
The public is encouraged to visit downtown Wheeling on June 20 to watch artists painting in real time. Stop by the info tent at Heritage Port to pick up a map of artist locations and explore the city through art.
