Main Street to Mountains: A Wheeling Portrait, Where Local Landscapes Meet the Spirit of a Nation. A plein air art experience and open call for art, a juried art competition, and an exhibit in celebration of America 250 through Wheeling’s lens.
People’s University
July 2 – August 20, 2026
A series of 8 People’s University programs at the Ohio County Public Library following the timeline of the Revolutionary War from the End of the Seven Years War through the Fall of Charleston, SC.
2026 Independence Day

A celebration of America 250 featuring a patriotic performance by the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra and a dazzling fireworks display.
