Wheeling Heritage’s Partnership Grant Program provides funding for projects that support the revitalization of Wheeling through historic preservation, community development, and the arts. Grants are available for a variety of initiatives, including:

  • Artists

  • Education programs

  • Small businesses

  • Fairs & festivals

  • Recreation activities

These grants help community members, organizations, and local businesses bring impactful projects to life and strengthen the Wheeling community.
