Wheeling Heritage marks its 30th anniversary in 2024 by reintroducing the Friend of Heritage Award, recognizing individuals dedicated to preserving and revitalizing the city's historical legacy. This prestigious accolade, conceived by the late Ronald Hobbs, honors individuals who have contributed to the identification and conservation of Wheeling's Heritage. Wheeling Heritage cordially invites the public to join in honoring Jeanne Finstein at the Friend of Heritage Award Breakfast on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Wheeling Artisan Center. Breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. Tickets for the event are available for $30 per ticket or $240 per table of eight. All proceeds will support the Wheeling Heritage Foundation.
