Step into an evening of celebrating Wheeling at the Twelfth Night Costume Ball. The theme is “Wheeling’s Heritage” – costumes encouraged, but optional! We’re thrilled to see you showcase your favorite historical figure, time period, or simply come and celebrate in your own style!
