Be Part of the Magic – Sponsor a Snowflake and Light Up Wheeling!
Help bring holiday cheer to downtown Wheeling by sponsoring a Giant LED Shooting Snowflake! Your business, organization, or family can be part of transforming Main and Market Streets into a dazzling winter wonderland.
With the Streetscape project nearly complete and the Wheeling Christmas Parade returning to its traditional route, this is the perfect time to shine.
Sponsorship is $560 for each snowflake, which measures 4.16 feet by 5.9 feet. It features energy-efficient LED string and rope lights on a durable metal frame, built to last for many holiday seasons.

This Season’s Exciting Additions
- A NEW giant Christmas tree at Market Plaza
- Dine-in Igloos that can be reserved for catering in partnership with local restaurants
With your support, we can amplify the City of Lights celebration—inviting both residents and visitors to explore downtown Wheeling’s locally owned shops and restaurants.
We need 58 Snowflake Sponsors to fully light up downtown Wheeling — join us and support a beloved Wheeling tradition.
