Wheeling Heritage invites you to turn your pooch into an original work of art at our Paint Your Pup paint & sip.
In this workshop, an artist will guide participants step-by-step to create a custom 16″ x 20″ portrait of their pet. No experience is necessary, and all materials are provided. The morning session will begin at 10 a.m. with the afternoon session following at 2 p.m. Each session will be limited to 30 participants.
After the paintings are complete, Wheeling Heritage will photograph each canvas so that they can be printed onto banners. These banners will be added to a public art installation displayed at the Fitzsimmons Family Dog Parks, which will be revealed at the next FidoFest, in May.
Spots for Paint your Pup must be reserved for $75 per portrait. After reserving a spot, we will be in touch with a link for participants to provide a photo of their pet for the artist to sketch on their canvas.

Create a Painting From a Photo of Your Choice
The photo you choose should feature your pup prominently and be in portrait orientation (more tall than wide). The deadline for submitting a photo is December 20. If you have any questions, reach out to us at info@wheelingheritage.org.
