Potters Tea Party at the Artisan Center

Potters Tea Party at the Artisan Center

Saturday, March 25 | 2 – 4 p.m.

Wheeling Artisan Center

Join Wheeling Heritage for an afternoon tea party while browsing tea sets made by local and regional ceramic artists. The first 50 guests who register will receive a handmade tea bowl upon entry, which can be filled with specialty tea blends to sip while mingling and checking out ceramic teapot displays. Scones, tea sandwiches, and other light fares will also be included in your $35 admission ticket.

Each ceramic artist will have their tea sets on display, which attendees can bid on through a silent auction. The person with the highest bid at the close of the auction will take home the tea set. Payment for the silent auction is due at the end of the event.

This event is in partnership with the Wheeling Ceramics Takeover, a citywide event that celebrates ceramic artists and clay enthusiasts alike. Various galleries throughout Friendly City will be showcasing ceramic art during the months of February and March of 2023.
