Heart Bomb Wheeling: Decoration Day

With Valentine's Day just around the corner, we need your help to show some love for Wheeling’s historic buildings.

Each year, old building enthusiasts from across the country partake in “heart bombing,” which entails cutting out tons of hearts and using them to decorate vacant or important buildings throughout the city. This act shows that our community cares about these spaces and wants to see them preserved and used for years to come.

On Saturday, Feb. 12, Volunteer Wheeling invites you to help decorate The Blue Church, 1206 Byron Street, Wheeling. Volunteers will meet at 11 a.m. to start decorating.
