- Maids Tour of Three Houses -Victorian Wheeling Landmarks Foundation Historic North Wheeling - Created three living history characters that provide ongoing, unusual perspective (servant’s) to life in Victorian Wheeling.
- Centre Market History Walls and Walking Tour - Centre Market Commission - Creation of a 30' interpretive wall within the Upper Centre Market House, which additionally served as starting point for a self-guided walking tour.
- Interpreting WV Statehood Audio Tour of WVIH- West Virginia Independence Hall Foundation - Civic Area - Development of an audio tour and purchase of equipment to be utilized throughout West Virginia Independence Hall.
- West Virginia Civil War Battle Flag Exhibit West Virginia Division of Culture and History Restoration of 12 Civil War flags at West Virginia Independence Hall with additional funding from National Park Service’s Save America’s Treasures program and the West Virginia Independence Hall Foundation.
- Cheer for the Home Team: The Legacy of Local Sports Museums of Oglebay Institute An exhibition based on the premise that organized sports have been, and continue to be, integral to the community of life in the Wheeling area.
- Mansion for Lydia: Monument Place - Osiris Temple - Transportation - Creates a living history character and interpretive brochure to be used for bus tours and public opportunities at Monument Place with proceeds going to the conservation of the building.
- Wymer’s Wheeling Wares General Store - Betty Wymer - - Assistance in the development of a general store “museum” utilizing an extraordinary private collection of Wheeling artifacts. The general store is now part of the Museums of Oglebay Institute.
