- Maids Tour of Three Houses -Victorian Wheeling Landmarks Foundation – Historic North Wheeling - Created three living history characters that provide ongoing, unusual perspective (servant’s) to life in Victorian Wheeling.
- Centre Market History Walls and Walking Tour - Centre Market Commission - Creation of a 30' interpretive wall within the Upper Centre Market House, which additionally served as starting point for a self-guided walking tour.
- Interpreting WV Statehood Audio Tour of WVIH- West Virginia Independence Hall Foundation - Civic Area - Development of an audio tour and purchase of equipment to be utilized throughout West Virginia Independence Hall.
- West Virginia Civil War Battle Flag Exhibit – West Virginia Division of Culture and History – Restoration of 12 Civil War flags at West Virginia Independence Hall with additional funding from National Park Service’s Save America’s Treasures program and the West Virginia Independence Hall Foundation.
- Cheer for the Home Team: The Legacy of Local Sports – Museums of Oglebay Institute – An exhibition based on the premise that organized sports have been, and continue to be, integral to the community of life in the Wheeling area.
- Mansion for Lydia: Monument Place - Osiris Temple - Transportation - Creates a living history character and interpretive brochure to be used for bus tours and public opportunities at Monument Place with proceeds going to the conservation of the building.
- Wymer’s Wheeling Wares General Store - Betty Wymer - - Assistance in the development of a general store “museum” utilizing an extraordinary private collection of Wheeling artifacts. The general store is now part of the Museums of Oglebay Institute.
