- Celebration of the Sesquicentennial of the Sisters of St Joseph of Wheeling Sisters of St Joseph Development of historical displays and traveling exhibits interpreting the history and contribution of the Sister of St Joseph who arrived in Wheeling in 1853.
- The Wheeling Symphony: 75 Years of Music in the Ohio Valley The Wheeling Symphony Society Production of a book and CD Rom that comprehensively records the history of the symphony, and by so doing explore the history of Wheeling, its major families, its cultural arts heritage, German singing clubs and early theaters.
